Adding a third axis Z axis to a standard X Y axis forms a 3D dynamic focus system.

During the work process, the Z-direction dynamic axis and the XY-axis are controlled collaboratively to adjust the focus at different scanning position in real time,the spot is controllable by software during the entire processing process.It can achieve higher accuracy than traditional scanhead. Meantime, focus compensation is completed in microseconds and is highly efficient.
When evaluating its marking effect, it is also related to the repeatability, resolution, linearity, temperature drift of dynamic axis during its forward and backward movement.
